Refund Policy

World Engine offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or
  • Contact us via the support address associated with your account and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Renewals after 30 days

Renewal charges that occur after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable, but you can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal — your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it for a short period before cancelling the subscription. You will not be charged for time during which the Service is not available to you due to a billing failure.
